General Responsibilities:

Collecting guidelines and priorities of work for library’s departments

Supervising administrative and financial affairs in the Central Library and Documentation Center

Holding periodical meeting with library’s manager

Estimating and prevising the Annual Required Budget of Shiraz University Libraries

Tracking and funding required and budget which is approved by the Central Library and Documentation Center

Planning and supervising the implementation of approved programs in library and providing documentary reports to the manager

Supervising the provision and arrangement of contracts and agreements in the Central Library and Documentation Center with other institutions and organizations
